Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Oak Grove
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Traveling as Couple(1) | Family with Young Children(1) | Family with Teens(1) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(1)

handicap facilities were great
nothing
I called ahead and told the front desk that I needed a wheelchair accessable room. They had such a room next to the office and a parking space for me right by the room. That is what I call great service

Bedding in the room looked very used and not as clean as I would have preferred.
The accommodations were fair. The Hotel lobby was very clean and the room was average.

Convenient to Ft. Campbell Army Base.
Poor internet connection, kept going down and
not wireless.
not wireless.
This was not the cleanest hotel room, there were holes in the bedspread. Bed was okay. Good shower. Biggest advantages are the cost and closeness to the Army base. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel was very quiet. I never heard noise from the neighbors and the place was booked. Thick walls!
Dirty stinky comforter. We had to ask for them to take it away and bring us a new one. It was a smoking room and it smelled so bad.
I would recommend it to family who are in town to visit their soldiers from Fort Campbell. It is very close to gate 7 and the continental breakfast was good.
