Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Pasadena

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We really enjoyed the breakfast with the friendly cook and his wife.

The room was bigger than we had anticipated. It was clean. It was reasonably quiet. We arrived late and the woman working at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

Good location for our needs, staff was very nice, room was great except for bathtub area needing a little updating.
The bathtub area (faucets, and caulking) needed some tlc but overall I thought this was a fantastic room, especially for the price.

The staff was very nice , very helpful and pleasant. The cook was especially delightful. The breakfast was good, except for the bread/rolls. English muffins or raison/whole wheat bagels/higher quality rolls would have improved the breakfast.
The chemical used to clean the room left a powerful, pungent smell. We recommend the manager change it. The location is convenient to the 210 freeway but far from the downtown area.

The location was remote; probably OK for anyone on route and stopping for the night. Downtown was pretty far away. We would stay again as the price was very good especially with breakfast.

Very clean, and friendly and helpful staff. Just off the freeway exit (to I-210). Very spacious room, with a refrigerator.

Very clean, and friendly and helpful staff (especially the breakfast chef!). Just off the freeway entrance (to I-210), with plenty of parking. Very spacious room, with a refrigerator. One caveat: The lost and found gets emptied (thrown out) every Monday, so if you loose something, ask for the front desk about it before then.

Getting a call before I checkout to ask me if I'm going to checkout or stay another night. Also, there was no room to park at night so the staff told me to park behind another car b/c the car had space in front to get out but I got another call in the mrng

Nonetheless, descent rooms and location. Nothing spectacular but it was sufficient. Staff needs to learn better customer service.

It was easy to check in and staff was nice enough. Nice Tv
My room spelled like smoke. Ended up waking up with my throat not feeling good because of this. Also the bed was so uncomfortable and not enough pillow. Ended up regretting my little get away because of it.

If you can't get a good nights sleep at a hotel due to rock hard beds then it's a waste of money.

Helpful, friendly staff, free breakfast and internet.
Didn't stay long enough to find out.

It was a surprise to me that the hotel was much nicer than the rating it received (2 1/2 stars). The staff I dealt with was really friendly and helpful. The room was standard, cleanliness was average, did not see anything that could be pointed out as out of the ordinary. They provide free Wi-fi and breakfast, also there are complimentary bicycles you can use. At night some of the other guest were a kind of loud, also some folks like to park like jerks and take up 2 spots in the lot. However, if you are staying on the weekend, there is street parking if the lot is full. Nice location, close by the expressway, so if you wanted to hit the shopping area west on Colorado Blvd, you can hop on the freeway close by. I would recommend this hotel! ...read more
