Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Phenix City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We did not like anything about this hotel. Dangerous area.

The hotel was very nasty, inside and out. The room was so bad we didn't even put down our luggage. We found another hotel! We noticed as we drove by this hotel later in the evening the alarm went off and there were groups of older kids hanging out and walking through the parking lot. The hotel is absolutely not for families.

IT WAS CONVENIENT TO THE ACTIVITIES THAT WE WERE THERE TO SEE. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. The rooms were smoking rooms that I did not realize when I booked two rooms. The odor was difficult in both rooms.
I wish I had really read my confirmation better so that we were not in smoking rooms.

The best part of this hotel was the helpful staff as they were at least as good as a 4 star hotel. It also has good outdoor spaces and pool when the weather is nice.
The rooms need to be renovated especially the bathroom and shower.

The hotel was easy to get to from Ft Benning, which is where we were visiting. It is easy to get to the restuarants and shopping areas in the city. I especially appreciated the helpful and polite staff as they were knowledgeable and able to give us info about places we needed to go to.

Room was big, nice and clean

I read a few peoples displeasure with this hotel, but I did not see anything on my visit that made me think of anything but good things about it. The breakfast was much better than doughnuts and coffee.

This was a place to stay at night. I was not planning on spending time in the room.
I thought the room was in need of a 8 hour paint job and the carpet replaced.

This is close to Columbus and safe area. there are places to eat and shop close by yet the traffic does not keep you up. The old men motor cycle groups, families and couples blend in together to make this place a great way to meet people you may not meet everyday.
