The hotel served my need very adequately. The biggest problem was finding the hotel. I think it would help to have the exit number listed on their publicity.I took the first exit coming from Pittsburgh but had to back track. Just a suggestion

This was a very nice hotel and in close proximity to the Pitt. International Airport and also to downtown Pittsburgh.

The staff was the absolute best.
No elevator to the second floor.
The staff was very friendly and helpful for both of my visits and took care of any need as quickly and professionally as possible. The Inn is a little older but I found the decor bright, cheerful and friendly. I will stay again when back in town.
