Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Plainfield

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff had several suggestions for places to go for dinner. We were very comfortable. I liked that the rooms had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. There were plenty of pillows and towels.
The shower pressure was very low.

The Staff was absolutely wonderful!! That is what sold it for me. I will continue to go there based on that alone. Almost felt as good as being at home with family!
I would have liked to see the ceilings that had water damage and were peeling been repaired and repainted.

I loved the staff. The General Manager was so kind and warm as soon as I stepped up to the desk and through out my stay. He even treated me like family and made me a lunch and asked me to join him with the rest of staff. Was very unexpected to get that kind of a personal touch from a chain. Based on that alone I will only go to that hotel in that area as long as their staff stays as wonderful as they were. You do not find that quality in hospitality even at most Bed and Breakfasts. I have stayed at 5 stars and while the service was great it still did not match the warmth or even humor of this staff. Wonderful job!!! ...read more

It's location right off I-395.
The Wi-Fi Internet service was horrible. I've used faster dial-up services, back in the stone age of computers. No attendant in dining room for breakfast, had to get the desk clerk to re-fill coffee carafe, hot foods were mostly cold, no sugar free syrup

I wouldn't stay here or in any other Quality Inn ever again, even if the room was free. 3rd time I've made this mistake, stayed at one in Sturbridge, MA, twice before, with basically the same issues.

We liked location only.
Rooms smelled. Curtains hung wrinkled. Looked like shower soaps etc had been used.

Would not recommend. Nor would I return.

Staff were very nice. Rooms were clean.
No complaints.

Nice hotel if you're just looking for somewhere to stay and aren't concerned with it being a 5 star hotel. Clean, comfortable, accessible, very friendly staff.

Very good bed and pillows, very clean.
Dated and a bit worn.

All hotels in this area seem to be dramatically overpriced, but this hotel definitely represented the best value for my dollar in this overpriced area. It was very clean, the staff very pleasant, and the beds were very comfortable.

How safe I felt with this place leaving my things in the room.
The pool was real bad nothing like the picture and the breakfast could have been better.

The hotel was really hot until you got in the room.and they took out the all the refrigerators from the rooms.
