Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Richfield

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Clean, quiet, and nice personnel.
Breakfast did not have light breakfast items. Only the high fat stuff. Fruit would be nice.

Overall just fine.

The complimentay hot breakfast nxt door at JB's.
The heating system was so loud & rudimentary that we had to turn it off in order to sleep & froze.

Only stay here if the newer accommodations closer to I-15 are unavailable.

Location.
We booked a non smoking room and when we got there they put us in a smoking room.

It was ok, but i think for the money it should have newer upgraded look, also the air condition are programed so you can't set them to your comfort level.

Clean, crisp sheets, with comforter and great pillows.
Floor coverings dated. Floor creaked.

Great stay for the price. Meal tickets for the next JB's restaurant were excellent.

The free breakfast at the neighboring restaurant.
Grouchy front desk personnel.

The hotel was fine as far as accommodations and free breakfast; however, there was a problem with the key cards and we were assigned to 4 different rooms before one of them worked. (There were 2 other couples going through the same scenario at this same time.) The front desk clerk was very grouchy and appeared to have no problem solving skills. The owners were called in and were very apologetic, and knocked $10 off of our bill which was a nice gesture, but really didn't make up for the hour's worth of trouble we had checking in. Probably won't stay there again. ...read more

Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
No indoor pool.

This hotel was a nice clean hotel. Easy to find. Free breakfast at restaurant next door. I wish they had an indoor pool. Would stay there again in the summer when pool is open.

It had high speed internet in the room.
It did not have in room movies.

Staff was very friendly. The hotel offered a free breakfast but the breakfast was of such poor quality you could not eat it. The rooms were fairly comfortable for the price. They were fairly clean and the hotel was about what you would expect for the price.
