Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn West End

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

I
will
never ever go to this hotel again.
Everything was poor- room, bed
etc.

I
have never been to such a crap.

I left after only one horrible night.
The staff sleeping instead of controlling drunk guests and the constant yelling throughout the hotel.

I will sleep in my car before I stay here again. The staff was inept and after a fire caught the 5th floor on fire, nobody knew what to do or what the fire plan was.

Staff was helpful and friendly.
stained guest room carpet, burnt hole marks on blankets and quilts.

There are safety issues. On several occasions, the front desk located in front of the elevators unattended. Anyone could have accessed the guest floors without being challenged. The dead bolt on room
was bent, preventing the deadbolt from engaging and double locking the door. Staff smiled and offered good mornings and were quick to assist in responding to issues. The breakfast was refiled quickly and was fresh. ...read more

Exceedingly friendly staff.
The smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby, elevators, and hallways.

For it's price, it was a value. That said, it was a $20 cab ride from downtown Richmond.

The staff is very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast include hot eggs, sausage, and waffles.
The rooms are hit and miss with cleanliness, and some of the public areas smell like stale smoke.

Good for a one night stay for the price. Rooms could be cleaner, and could use some repair. Breakfast is good, and staff is friendly.

The staff was very friendly and courteous.
I waited almost 90 minutes for someone to fix my refrigerator. Then overnight it stopped working again.

My only complaint was the time it took to get my refrigerator working. I was disappointed that it then went off in the middle of the night.

This hotel proved a surprisingly comfortable place to spend a night at for this price range.
The bathroom was not as 100% clean.

I've traveled the world and lived in my share of affordable and expensive hotels alike. For a low price of a motel this one proved to be a real hotel - clean lobby, decent service, really spacious and clean rooms with a fridge, microwave, tv.

Staff at front desk and in dining room at breakfast were incredibly friendly.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, friendly staff. Good deal for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.
