Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn Santa Barbara
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 4, 2013

The room was very nice & clean. The location was perfect & even with a Trader Joe's in walking distance. The free breakfast was great & the staff was very nice & curteous. I would def. book this hotel again for a quick weekend away.

This hotel is clean for the most part. Staff was friendly and the hotel provided some breakfast. Overall it was a cozy hotel and the price was a bargain, as well. Located literally across the street from great restaurants, wine bars, shopping, etc.

Good location, clean but small rooms, good customer service, price for hotel to expensive.

I did not expect a luxury room but I did expect it to be clean and bug free. It was neither. The amount of hair and dust in the room from prior occupants was unacceptable. Having to deal with the bugs crawling around wasn't fun either.

If you are looking for a basic hotel this would fit the bill. The other guests were mainly tourists and families. The noise level was above average. The parking spots were a little small.

If you are looking for a cheap place to get out of the weather, and don't mind rude employees or old and not so clean rooms. This is the place for you.

This clean, well-kept property is affordable for relatively expensive Santa Barbara. While not withing walking distance of downtown or the beach, one can walk to coffee or restaurants. Great, helpful staff.
