The best thing about this hotel besides the staff was the king size bed. I have never slept in a bed more comfortable.

A definite must stay. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was more than accommodating. Sheldon, at the front desk was a pleasure. Definitely need more people like this in the hotel business. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for my needs. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
room smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time, but I am super sensitive to smells.

I would stay here again. It is a short drive from Sutter's Mill, but not as pricey as the little inns nearer to there. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Nothing too fancy, but very family oriented.

Location was great and room was pretty quiet. Right across the street from Safeway, Starbucks, Togos, Taco Bell, Mc Donalds and a whole bunch of other stores. Food was pretty good. Lots of choices. Liked having fridge and microwave in
Maid did not clean our room on second day. Never found out why. Room had funny smell we first went in. Didn't like it. Walls too thin.

Great room for the price

Great price, Clean and Friendly. Comfortable bed but small pillows. Updated TV with basic cable . Free standard breakfast, waffle maker, bagles and pastries, fruit and yogurt. Restuarants and stores near by. Extended stay and went back for one more night .

It was printed that there would be bacon and eggs with the breakfast. The were boiled eggs but no bacon. The room was nicer than the last time we stayed at that location.
Saturday night we were not able to get into our room and had to go to the office. They had to reset the code on one of our keys. It was cold out and my husband is not in great health.

Price was alright. Room was nicer than on a previous stay.

A good, clean simple hotel. Was traveling through to go rafting and camping the following day. A good affordable place for people looking for a place to get a good night rest!

Agent was very helpful in getting me another room - the first room smelled overly much of air/carpet freshener, 2nd room perfect!
Lamp missing a bulb (room 126) as you come in, and in 2nd room, the microwave was missing it's turntable.

Hotel is
very easy access off freeway, very helpful staff, first room overly smelly of air/carpet freshener, but 2nd room was just fine. No noise (stayed on a Monday night) and everything else was just fine.
