Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Dickinson
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 24, 2013

Everything seemed fine till we checked into the room. The room was crowded and and unclean, especially the bathroom, which had mildew on the shower curtain as well as elsewhere. I tried calling the front desk to complain about a few things and that feature on the phone wasn't working.

I called the hotel's number before booking the room online to specifically verify the hotel had a pool/hot tub; I was assured they had a pool as well as a "spa tub". However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered a sign on the pool door explaining it had been "closed for repairs" since November of 2009. Had I known their pool was out of commission, I would have booked a cheaper hotel without a pool or spent more for a hotel with a pool.
