The staff for the most part was good, they need to communicate more between shifts. The rooms were clean and staff made sure we had things that we needed that were'nt in the rooms. Location was a little tricky. They need more signs.
The room we had was a non-smoking, but you could still smell the smoke pretty heavy. And the hallways smelled as though someone had been smoking in them everyday. Not sure how to get rid of that.

If you are looking for just somewhere to sleep the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and under new management. However if you have any breathing problems or asthma this is not the hotel for you. Strong odors of smoke linger in the rooms and especially in the hallways. Happy Trails!

for price, hotel was very good. location was convenient several restaurants very close, even wal mart 2 minutes away. only real complaint was smokey smell in hallways

Didn't get to use my reservation because a room was not ready when I went to check in at 8:30pm

Make sure the hotel assigns rooms to those who make reservations via the Internet, which in my case didn't happen so at check in no rooms were available. They had to call the maintinance man to go and try and get a room ready

The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The room smelled a little musty when we arrived, and the breakfast options were slim. I believe that we were there at the same time as a large group, but almost all of the food was gone both mornings we were there.

Loud guest! Had a group of girls for band....bad night sleep.

According to your details on the hotel....there should have been a bar and restaurant....There is no bar or restaurant.Very disappointed. Was our anniversary!

Lots of ants on the eating area table. Evening front desk personnel appeared to have boyfriend there all the time. He was always hanging around her or skateboarding in the parking lot. Keys often losing their ability to open door. No elevator.

This is a sketchy hotel. Was glad I did not have my family with me. It was ok for me as I am relovating to the area and appreciated the fridge and microwave.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room had a slight odor (not major but noticeable) and outside security door didn't work. Opened without card key.

Clean hotel, but could see it's age. Continental breakfast was very basic, but not too bad. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I would probably stay here again.
