It's a fine basic hotel with the average free breakfast + waffles. They have a good location and very nice staff.

The motel is conveniently located on US 17 near the marsh and river. It's a fairly typical two-story motel with doors to the rooms on the outside. The buildings surround a well-maintained courtyard with s decent-sized swimming pool. The continental breakfast was adequate.

I was surprised at how clean everything was. The beds were very comfortable and clean from top to bottom. The staff also were very informative and friendly.

Great location, right on Hwy. 17, and convenient to all we wanted (Make sure you visit Brookgreen Gardens; 5-star garden)! Staff was kind and helpful and breakfast done nicely.

Hotel is conveniently located on the main highway and has a wonderful view of the inlet. Rooms were newly redecorated and very clean. To be an older motel, it was very nice. I would stay here again.
