Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The shower had no water pressure at all or soap!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was old but clean. The noise was extremely loud in the room above us so at midnight we went to call the front office and the phone didn't work. Then there was no soap in the shower and no water pressure. The manager told us at check-in the pool was opening at 6 am but when we left at 8, the pool was still locked. Needless to stay, our children were very upset. ...read more

Clean sheets.
Noisy, bad neighborhood, cracked slow draining lavatory, cracked tub, interior walls of stucco.

The light switch for our room was inoperative, a bulb was missing from one of the nightstands, cracked slow draining lavatory, cracked tub, a poorly patched hole in the bathroom door, the A/C sounded like a cement mixer and was literally 3" away from the bed on one side of the bed which was crammed up against the wall making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. We had an interior ground floor unit and when the cement mixer was not roaring away, we could hear Interstate 10 loud and clear all night. In comparison the prior weekend we stayed at the historic Mission Inn in Riverside, CA for a few dollars less and completely enjoyed the experience. Though the staff was friendly, we will never stay at another Quality Inn again. This place was over rated. ...read more

Very friendly.
Pool was very cold. I thought I read that this was a heated pool. It didn't seem that way to me.

Was adjacent to a very good restaurant.
Room appeared to be under construction. Window next to the freeway, so a lot of noise. Room had a musty smell, but unable to keep window open.

The staff when I checked in was friendly and accommodating. However, the room was musty and appeared to be under repair; i.e, tile in bathroom had glue on it, as well as portion of the walls. There was a window;however, it faced the freeway and parking lot, so unable to keep it open in order to let the smell out. The carpet had gum or some sticky substance on it. I was only there for one night and by myself, so I didn't request a room change. The lobby was nice though. ...read more

The hotel was clean and appeared to be well-kept.
Noise from Interstate.

I was pleased with this hotel. Unlike some moderately priced hotels, this one appeared to have been updated over time, and kept clean and fresh. Well done breakfast, concert area, and professional front desk. I won't hesitate to stay there again.

It was in a great location and was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.
There were bees all round the hot tub, but not much you can do about that!

Great hotel and price. Beautiful and inviting. I will have family stay there in the future.
