Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Greensburg
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 21, 2013
Upon arrival I waited at the front counter for 30 minutes to check in. I was only helped after I located a maid who then located the manager who was working the front desk. Aftet checking in I went to my room. Upon opening the door there was a very foul odor. I looked through the room and found a moldy dish in the night stand. I took it to the front desk and was given a new room. The new room did not have a refrigerator or microwave as advertised. The comforter on the bed was covered in dirt. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. I did not bother to use the dresser, since they were covered in dirt and dust. The tv had a terrible reception. By priceline offering this hotel on the website makes me wonder if these hotels are checked before you back them in your advertising. At this point I will never stay at the Quality Inn & Suites again. I am also not sure if I will continue to use priceline in the future if these are the kind of hotels you offer! ...

I was attracted to the hotel for the room rate. I have stayed before at another hotel nearby, but their rates went up and we needed to watch our budget as we were staying for a few days and traveling a long distance. With some trepidation due to the single star, I was prepared for what we paid. Surprisingly, we received more. The room was very clean, the beds were soft, the shower had good pressure and was blissfully hot. The age of the hotel showed wear and tear, but again was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and upgraded us to a room with a fridge and a microwave when it was noticed that we were staying for several days and they did not appear busy. The television was an older model, but had good reception (except for one channel, oddly). Greensburg is a small town and I did miss having more options for dining. There is a very nice theatre in town. Pets stay free and my little dog enjoyed a run in the field behind the hotel. While luxury was not to be expected, all in all the quality was unexpected. ...

Blankets looked old and dingy, sheets were so thin that you could practically see through them! Bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress.
