Ok staff...
The sheets had stains on them and a bug in the bed. Room looked shabby and unkept.

Stay somewhere else. Sheets were disgusting and had stains on them. Room smelled old.

Checked in no hot water for the shower moved to another room ... furniture broken , dirty walls , no internet complained to front desk to no avail. Front desk clerk was surly . Drapes falling off drapery rods .Breakfast NO COFFEE,cooks on cell

Avoid this dump at all cost .. Reviewed on Trip advisor

There was a lot that I did not like about this hotel and really would like my money back for the experience I had there. There was always one person working so check in and check out took way too long.The few things I needed help with could not be done.

The hotel had good buffet lunch
The bathtub drain was not working. Also the room stated to have queen beds actually had smaller sized beds.

This hotel's address has a confusion in GPS/google maps which lead to a different "Holiday Inn". Otherwise it is not very far from the French Quarters(around 6 miles) and needs a toll across the river. The lunch buffet is worth mentioning, good and value for money.

FANTASTIC LOCATION
The water did not drain out of the tub properly. I could not adjust the temperature in the room to heat. No one cleaned my room. I had to go to the front desk in the middle of the night for clean towels.

Close to French quarter, nice receptionist.
Dirty damp floors, consistent findings of hair on towels, can be loud at night.

Reception was very friendly. Only about a five minute drive from French quarter. Decent breakfast. Ice machines did not work. You get what you pay for. Not super great stay, not bad either.

Early check in.
Staff is clueless and negligent.

Very clean. Allowed early check in. Staff never came to clean our room. They finally showed up as my wife and I were falling asleep and after I had called to tell them not to bother coming anymore.
