The pool and hot tub being indoors.

The continental breakfast was minimum choices and the room was very small.

Nice but if I was to had to pay their nightly prices there is no way in a million years would it have been worth their rates. The wireless was terrible in our room, in order to stay online the kids sat in the hotel lobby where the best connection was available, that was very frustrating. Carpets are old and not appealing when you enter the lobby and the first thing you see is a large chunk of the carpet replaced (not matching at all). ...read more

The room was bigger than I expected for booking as a single occupancy. It had a fridge, coffee pot, microwave and sleeper sofa.

However, it smelled like dirty socks and
the towels in the pool area had huge holes in them.

The continental breakfast wasn't very good and the "dining room" was the size of a small galley style kitchen with 3 small tables and people had to trip over each other to get to the food.

Provisions for a light breakfast was excellent.

There was not a downside to anything!

We appreciated having a quiet haven for the night. We could not have asked for anything more than what was provided.

Had waffles for breakfast.

Very loud trains throughout the night with whistles blowing, toilet did not work .

This was perhaps the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. One of our keys did not work when we arrived, toilet did not flush (told the staff about it and they gave me a plunger nice), very loud trains throughout the night with whistles blowing, small breakfast room, hotel staff unlocked and entered the lobby bathroom while I was using it because room was plugged, and only one towel in the swimming area.

The staff was great, room was clean and
train didn't bother us at all.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Very quiet in the hotel when we were there.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and check in and out were hassle free.

The location was horrible the impression I got was it's an airport hotel and there's a shuttle but there wasn't and it cost $60 roundtrip from airport.

If you are looking for a basic, good hotel, just a few miles from the SEATAC airport, this could be the hotel for you. Try to avoid first floor rooms, the pool and work out rooms are there, and there is a peculiar smell. From the back side of the hotel, you can see and hear passing trains. A good fit for our train loving 5 year old.
