Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Irvine Spectrum

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Close to my clients office.
My room was filthy.

I am not a clean freak, but my room was not clean when I arrived.

I've stayed there before, this was not a good visit.
This stay was very loud, bathtub was dirty and continental breakfast was not good.

My stay this time was very disappointing so much I even sent them an e-mail. It was very loud, went to take a bath to find the bathtub with hair all over it and waited for the cont breakfast to open for some juice, but the juice machine was not working and the yogurt was warm.

The ease of finding the hotel, and how close it was to other areas to visit.
The pool area was not properly stocked with towels, and the jacuzzi was in a little underground corner.

Upon booking the hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. However, when we arrived we had no problem finding parking, the staff was ready to check us in. Our room was easy to find. The continental breakfast was better than some hotels that only offer pastries and cereal, they had a waffle maker! We enjoyed having our breakfast there with yummy waffles and eggs and sausage. The staff was ready to answer and questions we had and offer directions for our visiting destinations. The hotel was very easy to find directly of the freeway and was close to restaurants that were in walking distance. I would stay at this hotel chain again. ...read more

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The fitness was minimal, treadmill broken. Check in staff not informative.

While the check in person was efficient, she wasn't very helpful. However, the guy at the desk that I spoke to later in the afternoon to inquire about wireless was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was good. Pool looked like it was clean, but was full of kids the whole time I was there. No big deal, they were just kids having fun. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. ...read more

Hotel was located close to where I wanted to be.
The air conditioning in this hotel was not what we expected. The unit only cooled the front room not the bedroom.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
Could only exit the hotel by turning right, then making a U-turn.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, given the price and overall cleanliness of the place.
