Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Los Angeles

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

When I booked this room, I put into Priceline 2 adults and 2 kids. When I got there, it was only 1 bed. They said that I couldn't purchase a roll-away and that we could not all sleep in the room with 1 bed. I had to pay an extra

Maid and front staff were kind.
Breakfast helper was not kind at all. Room carpet smelled old.

entrance of the hotel is confusing. No sign so we had to drive around the hotel several times to find the entrance.

The staff was very helpful an.d friendly.
The elevator was too small to service the number of guests. Access doors to the building did not have working room card readers. The locks on the door were loose and the window locks did work. Poor security measures!

The main reason i chose this hotel was the location. In within minutes from downtown, and attractions like Hollywood Blvd and Universal City. Staff was friendly. Also, loved the "Mountains like" smell on 4th floor, that i didn't expect to find in L.A.
Free breakfast is very basic, same everyday. At first, our AC unit started malfunctioning and our room had to be changed. On the other one the bathtub looked old. No mini-market inside. School location nearby, so we had to buy beer somewhere else.

It's not great but is OK. For the kind of traveller who needs the hotel only to sleep it does the job. But still, next time i will try somewhere else.

They are pet friendly.
The elevator did not got to the 4th floor directly. We had to get off on the third floor. Also they would not let pets on the elevator. Other then that it was good.

This place was awful, not one good thing to say about it.
The room was gross, they wouldn't give me a no smoking room albeit the hotel was empty, breakfast closed early, the shower did not get hot, our door had gaps so large you could see into our room from the outside.

Nothing to like about this hotel.
Extremely unfriendly staff, over charged us without any notification in advance, very tiny room and dirty bathtub.

Free parking.
Outdated, staff not friendly, Not in a convenient location. Room appeared dirty. Carpet needed to be replaced and
elevator is super slow.

When we first arrived staff was not very friendly. We took the one small elevator to the 3rd floor, which took very long to get to because the elevator seemed ancient and unsafe. We open the door to a good size room, that appeared to be outdated. Carpet pieces were popping up at the entrance of the restroom. Then we noticed, we were in a handicap room, because there was only a tiled walk in shower with a bench and bar. 2 big towels were only provided to myself and spouse. I always inspect the bed when arriving and when pulling back the sheets. I observed several stains on the old bed, but on the brighter note there were no bed bugs or any type creepy crawlers. The bed was just OK. We were so tired, we just dealt with what we were provided with and plus were scared of what other rooms look like. ...read more
