Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites New Orleans East
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 26, 2013

It's a good place to crash just 9 miles from the Quarter.

There were multiple areas along the corridors where water was dripping down from the floor above. The hotel did not have enough parking to accommodate all of the guests when we returned to our room. We asked for assistance from the hotel staff and they suggested that we illegally park on property that was not owned by them and that we wake early to move our car in order to avoid being towed. They insisted this had never happened before. At that moment another guest walked up to us and informed us that the same thing happened to her the night before. The rooms have a foul smell. The property has many areas of disrepair and there were cigarette butts and foul smelling trash strewn about the common area grounds. Breakfast was not pleasant. We decided to eat elsewhere. They ran out of cereal, toast, eggs, forks and creamer for coffee. When we arrived mod way through the breakfast hour there was a gravy situation or waffles. We attempted the waffles, but the batter was sour, so we decided free was not worth risking getting sick and left.
