first of all you moved us to The Red Carpet Inn and it was awful. We refused to stay there.
It sucked. Very disappointed in Pricelines replacement choice

They honored my reservation even though they had no record of it. I showed them my confirmation page & they even beat the price I had reserved at.
Needs to be checked for regular maintenance more often.

Great location,great people, good middle of the road hotel.

Location was good. Room was okay, but found ketchup container behind bed table.
Hotel exterior needs fixing up: screens were damaged & landscaping lacking.

This hotel if for someone who just needs a place to lay their head for the night. It was okay. I would not stay there again, though.

Location was close to a major highway.
Room smelled musty. Service was poor and the front desk personnel were not welcoming at all.

This hotel was definitely overpriced. The personnel were rude and seemed very bothered by guests asking questions. The cleaning service was awful. They never fully cleaned the rooms (cleaned only bathroom area, or only bedroom) and 2 of the 3 days took our used towels and didn't gave us new ones. The hotel had a musty smell and there wasnt an elevator for guests, so if your on the 2nd floor, you must use the stairs. Overall, if your just needing a quick easy, one night stay, this one is fine, but any longer and you'll be sorely disappointed. ...read more

Poorly maintained. Bathrooms and doors were in poor condition.

Although the staff was helpful, the hotel was in poor condition. We moved to four different rooms before we found one that was clean and functional.
