The ammenities and the Pool!
Yes we had no internet in our room and had to go into the lobby to use wifi which was packed full of other people who didnt have internet in there room! Also, I got a receipt from u guys for 355 and was charged 455 for stay! Was not impressed!

I will not be staying at this hotel again do to lack of internet and the front desk was blaming it on our computer when clearly it was them because the lobby was full of 10 others. Also, I was over charged and they gave me wrong info on when the pool was open. Not a pleasant stay! And the front desk people were not very ice or accomadating!

Great location, staff was friendly, nice reception area, pretty pool.
Had to pay to park, no fridge or microwave in room, very noisy, breakfast area too small, not staffed adequately, too crowded to eat, we went to McDonald's. Very stingy with towels.

Very disappointed in size of room and our bathroom. Don't think I can recommend the hotel especially for the price I paid. Very old building. Although it was very close to the Space needle, I wouldn't stay there again

There was a weight room and the breakfast was great.
The small rooms, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused severe back pain, stuffy rooms.

The pictures on the internet are very deceiving as it was nowhere near what was shown. The rooms are very small and not all have a fridge or microwave (like ours). The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rooms are very stuffy. However, there is a fitness room and the breakfast is great.

Terrific breakfasts and shuttle service excellent.
I reserved 2 rooms and was given two separate floors. As a group of 4 were not impressed.

Second room was very small but adequate.

The location is fantastic and the price is reasonable.
The air conditioner buzzed at night which kept us awake for a while.

The location was fantastic and the staff was very nice. The air conditioner did buzz which was annoying when trying to sleep, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Staff friendliness shuttle service.
The check out practices that they held my account up for over 950.00 for three days after I returned home, we were not happy with this at all .

Location was close to the pier.

The staff was never sure when the shuttle was coming or going. We had some very nosy neighbors and I called down to the desk for assistance but had to handle the problem myself. For the money I paid I was not happy.
