Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Inn & Suites Sunnyvale/Silicon Valley

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent.
The heater in the room was very noisy when we turned on so we left it off.

All in all this was a very good experience.

Comfy bed, nice hot breakfast.
Noisy kids, at least 5 to 10 kids running around every morning, early.

This is a family friendly hotel, but if you want peace and quiet, you won't get it in the morning. That being said, the best was nice, free washing/drying and complimentary breakfast is a serious one. Weird layout, room was small, TV was OK.

Nothing
Room size, sanitary of the room, overall lighting of the hotel, the smell of the room/public space.

The pictures on the Priceline.com looks decently good and few decent reviews until when I actually arrived to the hotel. Half of the lobby lights were off except for the front desk. Front desk staff was friendly. First thing you walk into the room is the moldy smell of the room, and the room I got was a bit small, so was the bathroom. The carpet looks as it was from 1973 never replaced, corner of the room is a bit dirty. I had to check out early as I could not stand the smell and the sanitary of the room. I would not recommend staying unless you plan on having a quick 1 night rest during road trip. ...read more

Breakfast provided.
Hotel was dirty and stinks. carpet are nasty. washing machine are not working.

Not a good place to stay. Hotel was dirty and stinky, Carpet was dirty. Air condition doesn't have a cover, you'll see the screen. Hotel is not for family or couple travelers. It is for truck drivers who traveled far and need a place to stay overnight. Front desk clerk was friendly upon check-in, but the other clerk (Indian lady) gave me a floor mat when I asked for a towel.

Continental breakfast had good variety.
Room & furniture were outdated looking, staff was unhelpful, rooms needed alot if work.

We arrived at the hotel, which was situated in a housing track, and checked in. We went to our room and were immediately surprised at how rundown and poor quality the room was - The toilet in the bathroom was not bolted down so it wabbled if you sat on it; the fan in the bathroom was so loud and you cant just turn the light on without the fan; the air conditioner was broke down looking; the peep hole was not there so a piece of paper was shoved in the hole, our non-smoking floor of the hotel smelled of smoke. ...read more

Rooms had a balcony to step outside.
Timer for bathroom fan got stuck at certain parts, remaining on all day/night at times.

Good hotel for business travelers dealing with NASA and related aerospace, as well as silicon valley located in Mountain View/Sunnyvale/Milpitas areas.

The refrigerator in the room and convenience of the ice machine to my room.
It was just old and dated, the bed squeaked and the towels were pretty old.

The desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was substandard for the price paid. The air conditioner was defective and bedsheets were soiled.

I liked the free breakfast, laundry service, and the customer services was excellent.
It was in a very inconvenient and rundown area.

The Quality Inn is a great stop for the traveler who wants cheap, convenient travel stop with a few amenities.
