Here is my complaint on this hotel. I have literally spent thousands over the years booking hotels on Priceline and the one thing that I normally love about it is the deal I get and the STAR level that you publish. The star level for this Quality Inn was listed at 2.5 stars and it clearly is not. This is a 2 star hotel at best.I just want Priceline to be consistent in their star ratings because I rely heavily on that. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
Very reasonable rates; pleasant staff; good breakfast; rooms clean and well-kept; pet-friendly. Would stay in this hotel again if in the area.

The hotel has a friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas, it is right across the street from the hospital where our first grandbaby was being born, and it had a good breakfast included with the room.

Overall a good stay. Pleased with everything other than the fact that the hotel is located behind a "Huddle House" restaurant. We were on the back side so it was not really a problem but i could see some crowds there at times. The pool was clean and seemed well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would suggest taking a room on the upper level. My brother originally took a lower level room and it was so bad that they had to change. Overall, a very good stay. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
The maid was very rude. Then they charged me for a pillow they say was missing and I bought my own pillows from home. Will not stay here again!

Business Traveler
My room was clean and functional for a business traveler. Only stayed 1 night, late check-in and very early departure. Would stay there again and would definitely use Priceline for reservation. Continental breakfast was not that great and there was no coffee available when I checked in. Rooms not well insulated; noise from other rooms easily audible.
