Hotel Guest Reviews of the Quality Suites Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. I had asked for extra towels and the staff delivered them within 10 minutes. I enjoyed not hearing other people...doors closing, etc....it was a nice change.
Do not like paying for parking, I think it should be included in the price. Also the restaurant food is something to be desired. I was not impressed, had to ask for eggs on the buffet and then they were not cooked, bacon overdone...gross!

Hotel is conveniently located close to airport and other areas, easy to get to. You have to pay for parking, rooms are a really good size, staff was pleasant but the restaurant food is a big no-no...go somewhere else! Quiet rooms - you can't hear other people in their rooms or doors closing.

The staff were awesome. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

Close to airport and several places to eat nearby. Staff were awesome with anything we asked or needed from the front desk to maids. They made our stay great.

Location was ideal for me - other than that it was a total disaster
Where do I begin - room fan went off and on constantly throughout the night and it was loud enough to wake me up. Noise on my last night was ridiculous and several calls to the front desk did nothing to change it. Entire 4th floor smelled like marijuana.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have traveled non stop for the past 20 years and this was the single worst hotel experience I have ever had

Reasonable price. Free shuttle. Spacious room.
Free wifi was slow. Front desk not very friendly.

The hotel provides free shuttle service (every 30min) from and to the airport free of charge. Also, the room was very quiet, spacious and well-equipped. However, the free wifi is extremely slow, it was even difficult to load Facebook. You can pay $7.99/24h for extra speed (3M) though. Housekeeper was very nice and asked to clean the room even though I put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door because I usually don't want housekeeping service when I stay in a hotel. There is a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel (I really enjoyed the chicken breast :)). Overall, I was very happy about my stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay. ...read more
