Hotel Guest Reviews of the Queen Kapiolani Hotel Waikiki
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 22, 2013

Hotel looked nice. Public spaces were very pleasing to the eye. People were friendly and helpful. Had to pay for parking which was not noted on the website. Our room was very very small.

This hotel was adequate for our needs. The room was not as pictured in the example. It was quite a let-down. However it was clean and the staff was competent.

They offer the unbelievable small room to me at the first day. They ringed me up to request to front desk the payment for the car at night time 3:00 AM. We left our kids in room to see what was matter for our car, but they said they got the wrong ring. The staff that got mistakes did not say any sorry to us on the second day. Thus I cannot say this is a good hotel for me.

Spent three nights here with my daughter, who was scouting out U of Hawaii. We didn't spend much time in our room (who does in Hawaii), so it met our needs. Great, safe location steps to the beach, zoo, and bus stop.
