The size,comfort and attractiveness of the room was great. Especially in Paris, as hotel rooms are usually small and gloomy.
When we opened our room door the room reeked of cigarette smoke, so bad that we had to leave the windows open all night.

The only negative review of the hotel was that our room reeked of cigarettes upon our arrival. I have just in a few hotels in Paris to date and the size and comfort of our room at Residence Imperial was by far the best for the price we paid $110.

The location of the hotel was very close to a major metro line in Paris and also 2 blocks to the Air France bus that goes to Charles de Gaulle.
The room was musty and there was condensation on the window at all times. Also, a leak in the closet which left some of our clothes damp.

Overall, the hotel was very good value. Good (not super central) location and right on a metro stop on a key metro line in Paris. Also, close to Air France bus that takes you to Charles de Gaulle airport. The room was small which should be expected but it was comfortable.
