Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

It was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had, also the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen. The staff was great, they were so friendly and happy to help with directions or checking out. I would love to stay again next time in chicago.
Did not like leaving, it was hard haha!

Great location if you are visiting Navy Pier or locations downtown. Walking to Navy Pier was enjoyable and there are numerous other spots to stop in that are just within walking distance. All pros and no cons for my stay. So cool that the hotel is pet friendly, with a beautiful park to enjoy right outside and awesome views from all areas of the hotel. It is so close to so many sights that I regretted not visiting them all. Just staying in and enjoying the hotel was fun, they have indoor and outdoor pools,a jacuzzi,sauna/steam room, media room, and a restaurant inside. The decor is just ridiculously cool and the amenities were super impressive. My stay was beyond expectations and I had a great time talking about places to go and learning about the hotel from Chantal who works there-she is a very valuable asset to the business being great with people and making us feel very welcome! ...read more

The hotel was great and more than I expected for the price. It was centrally located and had great access to the park system. It also had a great fitness center. Staff was very helpful and even accommodated some extra requests.
I liked the hotel. My only minor issue was there was no towels in the gym bathroom for showering. Not a major issue.

This is a good hotel for the price, and centrally located near other hotels typically hosting conferences. There is a clear view of the lake and it is very close to Millennium Park, the Navy Pier and a series of hotels along the river. There is an office building across the street - AON center - that has a good food court in the basement for workers that is a good low priced option for meals. ...read more

very stylish- maybe even over the top, but that was fun.

Four-star experience for a three-star price. Very stylish, comfortable, and convenient. Location can't be beat. Will stay again.

Amenities for days, book through priceline and get the best possible deal. beautiful modern sleek rooms, fun art throughout. You can play basketball indoors at 4am after the bar and walk around the track for amazing views.

Absolute best hotel in town! great views, location, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is expensive but there are still street spots nearby and they have amenities for DAYS!! you dont even have to leave poker table & pool table in game room, walking/running track, indoor basketball, indoor and outdoor pools, views of millenium park and lake michigan, awesome restaurant and bar. Everything you could need is there. Loved our stay and the room! Stayed at the Hilton Chicago the next night. It cost more and did not compare if you are looking to get the most out of your money and night, did i mention all amenities are 24hrs?! ...read more

The lounge and the sliding door to the shower.
There was a very loud party going on near the pool area.

Loved the color schemes in the rooms, very comfortable bed, bathroom was well appointed and I loved the sparkly black terrazzo floor and vanity.
Just a bit difficult to find walking from the train. Lounge closed at 12:30am and I was looking forward to a nightcap when I got in at 12:35am.

Extremely close to Navy Pier and a short walk to the train or to Miracle Mile. Very comfortable and clean, upscale, modern. Would definitely come back here.

Very chic and modern feel. We had a wonderful Chicago view with a great balcony.
The adjoining parking is very pricey.

The hotel was really nice,I liked the amenities especially the basketball court and the game room. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area.I liked the location and being in walking distance of alot of restaraunts and shops.
The hotel wasn't easy to find.It was my first time in Chicago and my GPS couldn't detect the the 3rd level street it was on.Signs directing you toward the hotel are needed. The parking could've been marked more clearly as well.

The hotel is a very nice and clean hotel with a very professional staff. It's location in downtown Chicago makes it an idea place to stay. Many restaurants and shops are in walking distance.I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay overnight in downtown Chicago!
