Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel Chicago
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Great location if you are visiting Navy Pier or locations downtown. Walking to Navy Pier was enjoyable and there are numerous other spots to stop in that are just within walking distance. All pros and no cons for my stay. So cool that the hotel is pet friendly, with a beautiful park to enjoy right outside and awesome views from all areas of the hotel. It is so close to so many sights that I regretted not visiting them all. Just staying in and enjoying the hotel was fun, they have indoor and outdoor pools,a jacuzzi,sauna/steam room, media room, and a restaurant inside. The decor is just ridiculously cool and the amenities were super impressive. My stay was beyond expectations and I had a great time talking about places to go and learning about the hotel from Chantal who works there-she is a very valuable asset to the business being great with people and making us feel very welcome! ...

This is a good hotel for the price, and centrally located near other hotels typically hosting conferences. There is a clear view of the lake and it is very close to Millennium Park, the Navy Pier and a series of hotels along the river. There is an office building across the street - AON center - that has a good food court in the basement for workers that is a good low priced option for meals. ...

Absolute best hotel in town! great views, location, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is expensive but there are still street spots nearby and they have amenities for DAYS!! you dont even have to leave poker table & pool table in game room, walking/running track, indoor basketball, indoor and outdoor pools, views of millenium park and lake michigan, awesome restaurant and bar. Everything you could need is there. Loved our stay and the room! Stayed at the Hilton Chicago the next night. It cost more and did not compare if you are looking to get the most out of your money and night, did i mention all amenities are 24hrs?! ...
