Hotel desk personnel rude to Hotel staff and guess.
Not very clean, towels had brown spots on them and the room, was dirt piles in corner and bathroom.

Everyone was really kind and the rooms and pools were really clean. The cleaning staff was lovely.
Breakfast buffet too expensive.
