Good location however, directions could be beneficial, need to emphasize to take exit for Multi-Centro and take right for hotel after exit.

Good for business travellers, excellent location, friendly staff, poor gym, and poor swimming pool (everybody by the pool were forced to listen to the music that the DJ was playing - too loud!) lack of chairs, poor bar! Excellent restaurant.

Family Traveling with Teens
The hotel is in a great location in Panama that's about it. It took 2 room changes due to previous 2 rooms needed repair during our stay. No apology from management just moved us into a suite which was nice. However, housekeeping was terrible it took them 2 phone calls and 4 hours later to get a roll away bed for my daughter to sleep on. When they cleaned the room everyday they would forget to restock things like ex wash cloths. Plus the buffet breakfast was no the same thing everyday variety at all. ...

Solo Traveler
The hotel is nice but over rated. It is in an area not close to restaurants and across from a very busy street. There is a casino next door in a mall, the Multicentro. The mall is not the greatest. The Multiplex mall, a short distance away, is way better with many restaurants and upscale/desiner stores.
