very clean, comfortable, easy access to main roads, safe, was very pleased with this hotel and hope to return
no, it was great

nicely furnished and super clean. Large lobby for just sitting around,close to Billy Bob's (couple miles). Staff friendly and helpful.

Stayed 2 nites my room was never cleaned entire time. Sinks slow water would sit for a long time toilet wouldn't flush had to jiggle handle. Overall horrible experience
Same as above very poor cleanliness standards

Spend your money else where please

Management seems to be trying to make the hotel better
The floors in the bathroom needed a mop. The carpet is gross. Needs some work.

The location was great! Easy access to I-35W. The hotel rooms need updating. The carpet is old and the floors needed a mopping. Clean shower and bed linens.

I did not like the location, and it was a bit scary the way you had to get to your room - so far away from the front desk. Lots of men at this hotel/ like contract road or construction workers. There was a bar in the lobby that allowed smoking, stinks!

It's close to downtown, but not good for business and females traveling alone.

Location right by the highway. Nice & clean
no free breakfast, but, McDonalds is across the street. The breakfast for sale was very good.

I've stayed there before and will stay there again.

the hot tub and indoor pool.. the water fountain is beautiful and everyone was really nice. overall it was good except one thing.
the hotel was great all except the beds. they were so hard that we didn't sleep hardly at all. it was like u sunk down in them and then it was hard as a rock. my back hurt so bad. I had to sleep in the chair half the night.

My vechicle had to go to the shop and my ride was delayed. Since our destination was over the five miles the hotel normally deliveries their clients to the hotel will not help us in anyway. Other than that our stay was pretty good.

The lobby was nice.
The rooms were a good walk from the lobby and pool. The rooms were small. The beds were uncomfortable. No free breakfast. There was a thermostat on the wall but it did not work. You had to control the a/c from the unit.

I would give this a 2 1/2 stars not 3. I got a good deal on it from priceline so that was a good thing. The rooms were small, but I usually stay in like a hyatt place with large suite kinda rooms with my family of two small kids. It was kinda weird to stay in a regular hotel.

The rooms were large. The bed was comfortable and spacious. Very nice.
There seemed to be a lot of road noise. We also stayed while there were a lot of families there. The children could be heard constantly.

The noise control could be a little better. Also, the area around the hotel could be cleaner, but all in all, we had a wonderful stay.
