Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel And Conference Center Canmore

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Staff was very helpful, good location.
Walls are thin. Can easily hear people walking by in the hall.

Nice tv, bed's are comfortable
Access into the hotel was only by the front door. Had to always walk the long way around to get to your car.

Rooms are clean, beds are clean, rooms are relatively quiet from hallway noise.

Good hotel, close to town and highway, good amenities, friendly staff, and good restaurant as well, recommend.

Clean, comfortable. Walking distance to Main Street.
You have to walk outside in order to access the pool. Not terrible but a little nippy in the cold mountain air.

The staff was great. They even called up to our room when my son left his blankie in the restaurant. Very thoughtful. The room was nice. Sleep beds are awesome!
The pool is a pool. Nothing fancy, but it's heated. the downside is you have to walk outside and pasted the restaurant to get to it. Some of our towels were stained.

The hotel is nice. The restaurant was great. Staff was excellent. It's worth the money. Don't expect much from the pool. It serves it's purpose.

Hot tub and swimming pool were a good size
The location of the swimming area was inconvenient.

It was a nice looking hotel and the sleep number beds were nice so that my partner and I could both adjust it according to what we each prefered. Staff were very pleasant.

restaurant in hotel
Hot tub was not in service during stay

Would stay again if the price was right. It would be nice if there was an in-room safe.

This was my third time staying at this hotel. The first two times were great. This instance was terrible. Stains and hair all over the bed and room. Disgusting.

Location was great: we could walk to everything!
Sleep number beds were a novelty that dont hold up well in a hotel. There's a separator in the mattress that runs right down the middle making them pretty uncomfortable
