was treated extremely rude when i had a problem that was not my fault.
Even after I paid price line for this room, the hotel charged me the full rate. A room that was supposed to cost me $275 for a three night stay nearly cost me over $700. Then when I tried to get this straightened out, I was treated like dirt, was spoken too in a way no human should ever be spoken to. I'm sure if this hotel were to record their calls, this person would have been fired on the spot. I will never stay at this hotel again... in fact, I may never stay at another Radiasson hotel ever. ...

Hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and love the sleep number beds. It was only an overnight stay, so I can't comment on any other amenities.

The staff and the facility were just great, they let us leave our car there for several days with very little expense and dropped us off and picked us up at the airport. At 4am they sent us to the airport with a boxed breakfast because we were leaving so early. Thank you to all who work there, your caring shows.

It was just ok. Place looked deserted. Hot tub outside in the cold and didn't look inviting. Restaurant looked as if they was in the need of customers. Room was cold, controls did not work until front desk sent technician to reset system.
