Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Orlando - Lake Buena Vista

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great staff, clean rooms, had two queen beds and also a foldout couch, across the street from Disney complex, plenty of restaurants nearby.
No heated pool, pricey breakfast buffet, free cookie tray doesn't get refilled, bathrooms designed so that you had better decide about door or open or closed before you use it, otherwise the door takes your knees off. Only one hotel entrance from street.

I would definitely use this hotel again when we go back to Disney. When we checked out, we received an empty piece of paper "because there were no charges or surprises other that what we paid with PriceLine. They have a "quick grab" breakfast (granola bar, fruit, drink(?)) which is only available at 5-6 am and benefits the business, early-riser customer. For those on vacation who don't need to get up so early, a $12 breakfast buffet is pricy when there are $6 buffet alternatives right down the street. Room was clean and didn't have any bad smells. Furniture was updated and nice. ...read more

Very clean and classy. Well lit and comfortable. Excellent updated decorations felt modern. Comfortable beds.
A hold was placed on my card for $25 that was on there for three business days afterwards.

Great affordable hotel that is close to downtown Disney yet outside the more expensive Disney hotels. Close to plenty of great restaurants. It also uses sleep number beds so you can get it as comfortable as you like. The pool is small so don't go for the pools but its great for a quick overnight stay.

The fron desk staff was very nice and helpful
Yes, the way priceline advertised it as close to Disney, it is far, no shuttle to sea world, only one or two shuttles a day, no brakefast included, no help in luggage unloading and loading.

The lobby, pool area and bar were very nice. The staff was helpful and available.
The only complaint I have is that the shuttle buses employed by the hotel were always too crowded. Rarely did my 5year old and I get a seat either coming or going. I brought this up the the hotel staff and the said it was their biggest complaint.

Don't book this hotel for the shuttle service to the attractions. Terrible!

Room is nice looking and clean nice sheets and pillows and nice to have a microwave and fridge
They have too few rides to and from the park.

The hotel is in a good location and if you like walking about 1 1/2 miles to downtown Disney. Walmart is 3 miles away. There is some street noise but I still found this quieter and much nicer than the rooms in the Disney World resort. The main negative was the limited number of rides to and from the park. Particularly if you want to watch the fireworks, there is no realistic chance of catching the 10:30 p.m. ride. If you do decide to stay late I suggest taking the Disney Resorts bus to the Saratoga Springs Resort which is 1.5 miles to the hotel and runs regularly. You will want to exit the last stop which is closest to the path going towards Downtown Disney. You can walk from there to Downtown Disney, about 3 blocks and take a cab as well. ...read more

Nice rooms. Good location.
No

McDonald's next door gets crazy in the morning but if you go down the street to Burger king, Dunkin, or Panera there are far less people.

Nice room.
Terrible location; very hard to get there from anywhere other than I4 East. Requires dangerous U-turns. Priceline was VERY misleading in the bidding process. I selected "Disney Resorts" thinking I would be offered a WDW resort.

Good staff and amenities; nice room. Close to Downtown Disney, but not right in the middle of it as they imply. Difficult location. They overstate the ease of getting to the WDW resorts; it's much more than 1/4 mile from the edge of the resort. Shuttles don't run at good times for Disney parks and are off schedule anyway. Priceline was EXTREMELY misleading during the bidding process. This hotel was listed under "Disney Resorts" when it's obviously not inside the WDW resort. ...read more

Cleanness and the rooms were quite.
When I initially booked thru Priceline it stated it was at Lake Buena Vista. We like staying at Lake Buena Vista because of Disney great bus service leaving nearly every 15 minutes from Disney or the hotel. Well this place is several blocks away from Lake

This hotel is not a Lake Buena Vista but several blocks away, so don't expect the Disney bus service. The hotel only charge $25 additional per room, but teh hotel staff advised it will be refunded to me after 7 - 10 days.

The location was great, but we love the comfort of the room, and the fair prices at the restaurant.
We liked everything

This is a good option for family vacation; fair price and good service and amenities. Would come back no doubt.
