Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The front desk staff were excellent, helpful friendly and professional.
The service in the restaurant was poor, when I was ready to close the bill, I couldn't find any wait staff, I even went back into their service space. Finally I went to the front desk.

Great deal, especially with the free wifi that did not need a code entered every time.

Sleep number beds were very comfortable
Carpet in hallways were pretty bad. Looks like it is due for a remodel soon.

Not much around the hotel as far as food goes. Beds are comfortable.

The rooms were very nice with sleep number beds in them which were quite nice. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located near the Phoenix Airport yet was very quiet.
The only thing that was missing from the room was a small refrigerator which would have been nice to store my insulin along with beverages, fruit, but it wasn't much of a problem as we were flying home the next day and the room was air conditioned.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Phoenix Airport yet the hotel area/rooms are very well insulated and you really don't hear the planes overhead unless you're outside and one happens to be taking off or landing. The sleep number beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very clean with a small bar/desk inside with comfortable seating along with the bed. It was truly a pleasant surprise for us to walk into these accommodations the day before flying home to Seattle. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting the Phoenix area. ...read more

The staff was friendly, wifi worked well and was free, and rooms were fine.
It was further from the airport than I expected.

The Hotel was great, near the airport, on time shuttle as well as parking available for our vacation. Will stay there when we return as well as our next vacation.

The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was configured differently so it almost became a "suite". Also, near vending, there were two microwaves. I wish I would have known ahead of time.
I booked it because my nine yr old was taking a separate flight from me, and I needed a shuttle to the airport at two different times. The early trip (5am) was fine, but I waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take me back to the hotel.

Convenience to all transportation ( airport, train, etc.)
I wish they would have offered a more affordable breakfast or complimentary breakfast. A family of fours expenses adds up.

The hotel itself is great with nice staff and clean rooms. If you don't want to drive, the train station is a block away and can take you to several Phoenix locations. Plus the hotel is central to pretty much all major destinations and attractions. If you have time visit Rawhide old town and Steakhouse.

Carla at the front desk was great - very accomodating, gave us free drink passes and also supplied menus and recommendations for take-out pizza.
ATM in the business center was out of order - no big deal, just had to run down the street a block to get some cash.

Excellent hotel for the money. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, bar and restaurant area nice. Staff was also very accomodating. Will stay there again if we need a hotel near the Phoenix airport.

Friendly staff.
Everything was fine.

The hotel itself was totally acceptable in every way. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only negative aspect was the proximity to good dining and the surrounding neighborhoods were not in the same class as the hotel.
