Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Plymouth Harbor
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2013

close to all Plymouth attractions. Pool area jacuzzi jets are broken, some rooms have sleep number beds some don't. Great restaurant and bar. Some front dest staff more helpful than others.

It seemed to me that I was put in the room at the far end of the hotel, with issues I suspect were already known, because I purchased through an outside provider... Priceline. I have stayed at this Hotel many times in the past and have always been satisfied. This is the first time booking through Priceline at this particular hotel and my experience was much different.

This is a nice hotel with upscale rooms. Location is excellent, and they put cookies out at night. My room had Sleep Number beds, which I was happy to try out for future reference. These beds were comfortable enough, but there is a kind of bed wall frame that made the bed rather awkward to sit on. There is an early bird dinner special which I used because of the bad weather outside and because the other restaurants nearby seemed rather expensive. The meal I had was okay, but not great. Overall, I enjoyed this hotel. Big indoor pool. ...

The price was great for my travel needs. I am wondering if I got the room I was in because of the low price I paid. That would be my only question to the hotel staff. The hot tub was not working properly. If I paid full price for my room, I would be dissatisfied. Overall, I am just very excited about the price I actually paid. Also, the room has a sleep number bed, which was interesting. Now I know if I would want to purchase one or not. I enjoyed that experience. ...

The hotel was in an excellent location for touring the sites of historic Plymouth. No need for transportation as the waterfront, restaurants, historic sites are all within easy walking distance. Rooms are clean and large enough to be comfortable. Good restaurant on the premises and a great inside pool for those with children.
