Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Toronto East
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 5, 2013

The hotel was clean, the price was good and great location. I contacted the front desk to ask about the mattresses as we were travelling with elderly parents for there sisters funeral. These women slept in a chair who have multiple health issues with no rest and swollen legs it was awful, as explained by the staff the mattresses were not working which caused them to be solid like a slab of cement. I inquired about another room with any type of mattress the staff member repeating himself "we have nothing to offer or move you to" "they are all the same" At this point it was late in the evening to move to another hotel in the area once we returned from the funeral home visitation prior to day of funeral. In the morning I approached the front desk expressed my concerns prior to check out there was no Manager on Duty the front desk clerk attempted to contact the Manager on Duty she placed 3 calls to 3 different people who explained that they were not on property. She spoke to a Manager by the name of Benni who asked that I speak with a Chef Manager at that time I was told that he would speak to Benni when he comes in for his shift and to leave my contact number. I have not heard from the Manager, I have contacted and left 2 messages since Fri May 3/13. I also expressed the fact that I have 17 years experience in Customer Service, Hospitality and Gaming as my skills come from Caesars Hotel and Gaming. We resolve a situation prior to the customer leaving. This was a huge disappointment and my mother and aunts were exhausted and uncomfortable and had to deal with legs and swollen feet not to mention that they have had hip and knee replacements. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, I will be moving forward and have also contacted there customer care department. I will continue to contact the Manager by the name of Benni who is clearly ignoring this situation and I firmly believe he should have reached out to me to try to resolve this matter. Water is leaking to the floor when shower; both mattress springs are high on one side and low on the other, not even; parking is extra charge; wifi signal is so bad, always disconnect; A/C need to clean, smells like dust and acid!

This is a great hotel! I've stayed twice now, once to attend an event at the science centre, and this time to attend an event in downsview park. The hotel was close enough to both venues. The location is just off the 401 so it is very accessible. Clean, friendly, very nice hotel!

I read other reviews on this hotel and one mentioned that there weren't any places to eat around the hotel. That is completely untrue. There were plenty of options within minutes of the hotel. We used and enjoyed the fitness room and the pool. It was a great place to stay.
