Couple
For the price we paid, the hotel was decent. The cleaning service was told we were checking out a day before we actually were, and kept knocking on the door to do cleaning. As we were not leaving, it was very annoying.

Family Traveling with Teens
I loved the charm of the historical aspect of it. They had sleep number beds which were not working right and uncomfortable. Very noisy on the street all day long.

This hotel was a nice hotel for the most part staff very helpful and friendly, however, the hotel needs to be updated in a major way. It needs major renovation and then it will do great business moving forward.

I stayed this hotel several times before and it was fine. But this time, I was very disappointed. I don't know if they may have different room conditions because the room, I stayed this time was not in a good condition. The room was not clean. The light was dim in the bathroom, and there was some rust around the bath tab. I wiped off all around the bathroom with the sanitizer wipes I happen to have that time. The wall paper was coming off in some parts of the room. I ordered a room service, and the restaurant staff did not know what they had on their menu. I ordered a sandwich, but it was not like described in the menu. ...
