Business Traveler
Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent accommodations. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was great as well as a nice sitting area in bar. Service was below standards for upscale hotel in Leon. Had to have room key reset 4 times in two days and no apology. Food was terrible. Stay here and eat elsewhere and you will enjoy your stay.

Solo Traveler
Hotel is a nice business type hotel. Bad location for the vacationer. Requires a taxi to get to the main tourist areas or for shopping. I did not like the fluorescent light bulbs in the room. Hard to read in the room. Staff was very helpful. Liked the hotel airport shuttle service. Needed to be informed about breakfast. I thought it was part of the room cost. I signed my ticket and left. Waiter came after me as I was leaving. Waiter could not speak English. Paid my bill and left. ...

The staff was very nice, courteous and very professional. They just lacked English speaking staff, so I had to limp along with my sparse knowledge of Spanish.
