Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Quad City Plaza Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 3, 2013

The Radisson QC Plaza in Davenport, IA has always been our favorite. Location, rooms, view of river, all things we enjoy. However, it seems since another top of the line hotel opened a couple of blocks away, Radisson management gave up on promoting 4 star customer service with its employees. Upon our check-in on 4/24, three employees were standing at the front desk. When they saw us exit the elevator, suitcase in tow, they all went into the back room, leaving us standing there. After several seconds, someone came out, passed us and said someone will be with us in a minute. Shortly thereafter, a clerk did come out to check us in. She was very polite and outgoing and checked us in promptly. However, while checking us in she had to answer the telephone. Keep in mind there are still a number of employees in the back room and a sales office right next to us that we could see and hear socializing with each other. THEY should have answered the phone. Also, while we were being waited on, another employee came up to our clerk and interrupted us to get some keys. This was rude and he could have waited until we were done. It's the little things that count. Like unemptied garbage cans in our room, beer bottles and empty glasses in the common areas that employees just leave as they pass by. None of this would have been allowed to happen at the Blackhawk. We really like this hotel, please work on bringing it back to a 4 star customer service level. We will be back. ...

Did not have to deal with the pay parking. The gentleman at the front desk let us know that after 5pm on Friday parking on the streets was free.

The room was average. There was no microwave or fridge. The hotel seemed a little outdated

I will only stay here if I Name My Own price and it is what priceline supplies for my stay. I will not specifically book this hotel. I can stay elsewhere and not pay for parking and receive same customer service without giving up location.
