Hotel Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel San Diego-Rancho Bernardo
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(29) | Solo Traveler(18) | Traveling as Couple(27) | Family with Young Children(28) | Family with Teens(11) | Senior Traveler(3) | Group Traveler(4)

Staff very helpful, room was old but there are renovations going on to improve the hotel.
The noise for the improvements. Every morning even weekends.

The hotel was OK... They are working on remodeling and it is definitely needed. The rooms are very outdated.

the room was a dump. mirror had chips out of it, the bathroom ceiling had a bad patch job. the heater, a/v fan had a bad smell and you could not use it. the furniture had a thick coat of dust on it. while in you stared at the toileta few ft away.
dont stay at this hotel. it should be better after the million dollar hotel but it still might not be ok to stay at. this is not a 3 star it is a 2 star.

Nothing.
The furniture was disgusting. It looked as if it had been purchased in a rummage sale following the Great Depression. The couch was so disgusting I was afraid to sit on it. It was very noisy late into the night.
I would not stay at this hotel again. The furniture in the rooms is old and extremely beat up. Most rooms surround a courtyard with a pool and a hot tub, which would be nice except for other "guests" who party loudly in the hot tub late into the night with no apparent regard for other guests.

Great staff, room and pool with jacuzzi. The couch in the room looked kinda dirty but overall it was a great place with the kids and our dog for two nights. Good value!

Pet friendly, with a $25 per stay cleaning surcharge. Refrigerator worked well.
The rooms were relatively large, but poorly designed and decorated. Tiny and old TV. Hard to get into the closet. The bathroom was Motel 6 quality, with nicer towels.
