Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Conference Center New Iberia

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Everything about the room was small. The beds, the open space, the bathroom etc.
See above. In addition there was signs of water damage and stains on the carpet.

The room was small, the bed was small, the pillows sucked, the carpets were stained, there was a cigarette stain on the tub... They had a breakfast buffet instead of a complimentary breakfast which wouldn't have been all bad except we paid almost $20.00 and it was horrible. They had a nice outside space for small children...we don't have any.

It was quiet. Nice for the price.
No

Hotel is located conveniently off of Hwy 90. Hotel is a little outdated in comparison to others. It was nice and quiet. I would stay there again.

The only thing I like best about this hotel was there lobby. There X-mas decoration was nice.
I did not like my room. The first room assigned to me did not have any lights, and there was a large rug rolled up in the middle of the floor. The second room had a musty odor, and I just did not care for the room.

The only thing I can say is that I will never stay at another Ramada Inn hotel. I requested a 3 star hotel. I was asked to lower the stars. I inadvertinly lowered the star number, and raised the price. I only wanted to raised the price. I was very disappointed with I found out that my hotel would be a Ramada Inn.

Close to customer.
I arrived one day early; charged commercial rates; would not provide free breakfast even, after I asked on telephone before checking in.

Hotel is a Ramada; intermediate price; hotel staff did not honor commitments; said the person who committed the breakfast was off duty; said she should not have said breakfast was included - even the first night when I paid commercial rates. Will not stay there again.

Extremely clean, and very helpful staff.
Nothing.

My 3rd time to stay there, and will stay there again, probably as early as next month.

The location was convenient
They didn't discuss anything upon check- in

The rooms were not what I expected! A "double" room with "two double" beds, is just a single room with two FULL size beds! Really(I thought double=2). For that I should have booked a regular room. I've never heard of wearing a wrist band and paying to swim at a hotel that I'm staying at.

Everyone was very friendly and polite
My room had a strong musty odor.

When I got there it was raining in the Lobby could have been discouraging if I had not already book the room.

Convenient
Charged for breakfast; coffee.

Hotel was acceptable; however, the charge for breakfast was crazy for coffee and pastry.
