Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada - Dallas/Love Field

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Absolutely Nothing..
The location was unsafe. There were people working on their cars in the parking lot, yelling at me going in and out as I unloaded. The hall ways were filled with cigarette smoke so thick I was choking And there were big dogs barking like a kennel. I left

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was terrifying for a female by herself. It was a horrible feeling to wonder if I was going to be bit by a dog, followed, or my car windows smashed by the time I went outside. I am highly allergic to dogs and smoke. So I checked out 30 minutes later. Going to file multiple claims against that hotel. It should not even be an option and is not a good representative for Priceline. They should really review some locations no matter what the bid price was. ...read more

At the very best this should only be 2 star hotel. Outdated, tissue dispenser falling all wall, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, chain smokers near front and back entrances, this hotel is used as a truck driving school also, I was not prepared to

Do not stay here unless Priceline changes to two star or lower. You will really regret. Needs major upgrading and staff change.

No. The staff never smiled. The computers were down when we got there. We were instructed to wait with the words "you will have to wait until the computer come back up". That was it. That was how the staff communicated.
The carpets in the halls were filthy. The ice machine on the fourth floor did not work The pool was closed for repairs. The exercise room was closed for repairs. The ice machines did not work. All the hallways smelled like ciggarette smoke.

This was supposed to be a 2 1/2 star hotel. I would hate to see what is considered a two star hotel. The staff was non-emotive, blank faced and unhelpful. The pool, exercise room, ice machines, all were closed or broken. I asked the front desk if there was a grocery store or walgreens nearby. The counter person looked at me and just said "no". When I was checking out I noticed a sign with distance to the nearest points of interest. On the list was a drug store and Wal-Mart...all within 4 miles. The elevator broke on our last day there. The hallways smelled of smoke. The door keys kept deactivating. The "bar food" was a collection of old, fried foods. It was a terrible experience. ...read more

Its location.
The very bad attitude of the front desk attendant when I checked in on Friday night like about 10:00 pm.

I did not think this was a 3-3.5 star hotel. It was a solid two. I didn't feel completely safe. It was dark and felt run down. I had issues with my key, and he bathroom facilities were pretty rough. Overall, I just expected more.

The entire experience was terrible. I sent my wife alone thinking it would be like every other 3 star hotel we had with you. Not at all. She was frightened of the surroundings, door to room rattled, next to strip club, roach walked in her room, just bad.

This hotel is easy access to the interstate.
The condition of this hotel is a little worn. It does not meet its star level rating. Should be at least another level lower on the ratings.

Plenty of parking, and easy access. Too bad it has seen better days. Elevator sounded like it was not going to make it. Carpets were worn, my room door had lots of scratches in the paint and looked tacky. I was really expecting a 3 star hotel but got a 2 star at best. Not sure I agree with Priceline's ratings.

This hotel is in a very unsafe part of town. Very run down and should not be on priceline's site at all.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!! STAY HERE!!!! You have been warned! At 3 pm there was a man drinking beer at the entrance. As soon as we checked in there was a strange man sitting outside of our sliding glass doors. Our keys to our room did not work. This hotel is in a very unsafe part of town. As a single mom traveling alone, I checked out as soon as we checked in. Do not Book this hotel!!!! ...read more

Nice shower. Comfortable bed. Great free breakfast.
Noisy AC. Pillows too thin single - too thick doubled.

Would stay at again.
