Nice rooms.
The ice machine on the 1st floor didn't work, the elevator didn't work, when we asked for directions to a convenience store we were met with a horrible attitude. Hoping to never start there again.

It smelled funky on arrival......had to Lysol everything.
Hotel is good for business trip and not family vacations. There seemed to be a lot of truckers and contract workers staying while we were there. The phone and one lamp didn't work.

Dirty smelly rooms. Everything in the hotel was in disrepair. Housekeeping took all the dirty towels and didn't leave any clean ones. The receptionist was rude and not willing to help. One of the windows in our room was broke and banged all night!
I would not recommend this hotel unless you like to stay in run down dirty places! I usually have good luck with Priceline, but this was a terrible experience and when contacting Priceline, they were not helpful either.

Room appeared uncleaned. shower head was rusted. We found a pair of shoes under the bed which implied the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

Staff was extremely friendly.
The rooms are outdated and produce an overwhelming odor. Also, there are limited power outlets available.
Great location (Dallas/Love Field close by). Easy access to downtown Dallas. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Room smelled old and "musty" (over-bearing); desperately in need of being updated. Also, there were limited power outlets.

The large bed was comfortable.
The shuttle driver took over an hour to pick us up. The crib was delivered 45 minutes late to our room.
The hotel staff were polite, but were uncoordinated in their efforts to provide basic services (i.e., directions from the airport terminal to the shuttle pick-up spot, the location of a crib and prompt delivery of the crib to our hotel room).
