I had a pleasant experience with the gentleman checking me in as I had lost something that came apart while checking in and he was very helpful if helping me find it.

Arrived well after dark, but felt safe in this hotel. Room was comfortable. I was never able to connect to the internet, although it was advertised as having high speed connectivity.

We stayed 3 nights since it was such a great deal and drove into Louisville and down to the caves. Upon arrival are room was upgraded since we were staying the extra nights. We saw the night manager a lot since we were out and about during the day, and he was always so helpful. The pool area is older, but was clean and the water temp was perfect. The room was very clean and had everything we needed! ...
