Couple
Asked for queen. Was told by front desk it was, but when we got up to room, it was double beds. Horrible parking and dreadful stairwell to lobby. No offer to help with luggage.

Solo Traveler
The location of this hotel is perfect, Close to everything. People at the front desk very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. My reservation was on time and I got what I asked. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Solo Traveler
At check-in my reservation could not be found in their computer system, resulting in a 20 minute wait. I was disappointed that I received a room with a twin bed vs the kind bed I had reserved and paid for. In addition I was completely appalled that my ID / credit card was not requested at check-in also. The parking staff was always friendly and professional. At checkout I was asked to sign a hotel fees statement because, as the staff claimed, my credit card had yet to be charged. ...
