Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Hotel And Conference Center Dallas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 22, 2013

I don't recommend this place at all. Besides that the place follows unsanitary standards it is very disgusting. The staff is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The Manager(Robyn Lo)is very rude and unhelpful. I will never stay on a Ramada again and will never use priceline for trip bookings ever again.

I arrived at this hotel and right from my arrival I found two police cars, one specifically that said crime unit and another that was checking each vehicles suspiciousness. Checking in their was a disclaimer about the pillows, blankets, sheets, and so on which I though was a little odd. I proceeded to my room up the elevator and choosing the floor itself was a scary thing. The buttons of floors were gross and looked like they had never been cleaned and I was afraid of what disease I might catch by just pressing the button. Walking down the hall toward my room, the floors were stained, like bodies had been dragged through there, had I been barefoot I'm sure I may have lost a foot. Upon entering the room, again, filthy, and bugs you could see crawling around on the dresser drawer. Blood on the sheets, who knows what on the floor, it was gross. I called and changed room even though I thought about leaving the hotel. Their is a disclaimer that was signed that should I choose to leave I have the first 30 mins to do so after which their would be no refund. In the end I was able to sleep and I didn't stick around after I had woke in the early AM. ...

Upon arrival at 11 PM, two staff members were working the front desk. The woman who checked me in was unable to get me a room a fridge, even though i had called two days prior explaining i was breastfeeding and needed one. The man at the desk saw i was upset and put his beer down and set us up in a handicapped room that did have a fridge. I guess nobody has been in there for quite a while because nothing was on. The room smelled gross and was full of dead crickets, debris, and the fridge was old, moldy, and hot. We were very disappointed with this hotel and priceline for not meeting our reasonable expectations.

Very old and dirty. Stains on the carpet leading to the room. Hotel was also in sketch part of top and didn't feel that safe. Was staying by myself, but if my wife was traveling with me I would have left and found another place.

This owner or manager (not sure which) is all about how much more money she can make above the room price. When she finally relented, the demand for a $50 incidental charge came up.

Too many amenities were broken. Breakfast was fruit, cereal, and/or eggs. You could have an omelet if you wanted to pay for it. Ice machines were broken except on first floor. Elevator wasn't working.
