Location, staff was helpful.Noise level was good for sleeping.
Floors could be cleaner. Door seperation between rooms seemed thin. Noise level was Good Though.

Locatoin excellent for Bus, Highway access, and mall access. Room halway floors can be cleaner. Sound level low enough to allow restful sleep.

A great room and a good location
The tub was backed up. Told the front desk and was told they would make a note of it. But did offer another room to shower in or any form of compansation

Convienent to what I needed to do. Hotel staff was very nice.
Hotel was fine. Complimentary breakfast was on the cheap side.

Room was clean. Courteous and helpful staff. Great value.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean & better than expected. The restaurant attached to the hotel had good food & a nice atmosphere.

The non smoking room was very refreshing. No horrible cigarette smell was pleasant.
I wasn't giving a receipt by the receptionist even though I paid cash. I was charged on my credit card cause I booked the room online using my credit card but when I checked in I paid with cash. The teller didn't make the changes so I actually paid twice.

Rates are reasonable. Location is decent & there is a nice sports bar/restaurant next door

The hotel was in a perfect location. The room was very big and clean. Comfortable blankets and pillows, loved the curtains in the room which blocked the sunlight. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only complaint that I have was the fact that you can hear quite a bit of the movements and conversations outside in the hallways and lobby. I stayed on the first floor .

No functioning heater unit (not really needed though) and some bulbs were out.
