Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Staff was nice and the room. I WAS PUT IN A ROOM RIGHT NEXT TO A loudspeaking clapping crowd maybe a convention of some sort. All I would ask is that the hotel put the guests that are staying for the business meetings be put next to the area of the loudspeaker and crowd clapping all evening long. Try and put the other guests down further. I WAS RIGHT NEXT TO ALL THE NOISE. Otherwise hotel was fine. ...

needs to be updated.
The service was awesome, the guy brought up the play pen, extra comforter and even gave us towels to the pool. Every time we would come past him from down stair and to the elevator he would greet and always reminds us if we every need anything let him know. I liked everything about our stay except for the two TV that we had in our luxury stay one TV the color was faded the other the channels were fuzzy, but the most important thing was that my kids and I loved and enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel completely disappointed my expectations. I reserved 2 Queen beds, but was given a King and a couch. The couch did not have sheets, and when I called the front desk, she told me she was the only person working and I would have to come get my own sheets. In addition, the room had an awful body odor smell. I had to leave the window open to bear the smell. The next day, my electronic door key stopped working. After going down to the main desk 3 times to have the only employee working reset my key, he told me he would come up with the Master Key to open the door.

Family Traveling with Young Children
not well kept up.
Needs to be renovated. They were doing some but set up saws and equipment in the pool. The worker was watching us while our family was swimming. No towels are in the pool and when we asked at the front desk for some they only brought enough for us, not for the other people that were swimming. Breakfast buffet was bad, brown fruit, (not exaggerating) packaged pastries, off brand yogurt. Juice and milk ran out and no one was ever checking on it. Tiles are cracked, carpet is stained all over and the pool is very small. By the third day we were there you couldn't even see the bottom of it and my kids still smell from it three days later. Best part was when we checked in there was food in our fridge.

For the cost and the time of year and the overall city area, I suppose it was not that bad. Hotel staff was pretty good overall. But there was a lack of upkeep everywhere. Just because it has a pool does not mean the hotel is 2 star or better. The first of 3 rooms I was assigned the AC did not work anymore. Staff seemed not surprised and I kept moving around till I found a room with working AC. The problem is more that it was rated as 2 star and it was not. ...

ok for the money, but I would have paid more for a cleaner more comfortable stay.

Last time we stayed it was great for the money. This time there were several things wrong. Lack of towels, working room phone, no ice buckets, remote not working. It was very disappointing.
