Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn East Hanover
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

Close t Drew University: easy drive. Near shopping. Dining right in the hotel was convenient.

It was very easy to check in. The room was very large, but it had a dated look and it had a musty smell. I had to go out and buy a room freshener so that I could

As explained above, hotel is very clean and the staff was nice. However, this hotel hasnt been updated since it opened about 25 years ago. The bedding, towels and amenities in the rooms are horribly out of date. Towels are so small they would only fit a child. TV didnt work properly and only offers about 14 channels. WIFI connection was great though. But the company needs to put more of an effort into making this hotel much nicer. Ive stayed in much better Ramada's before. ...

tired and worn out, manager admits they need to renovate, supposedly plan to next year (they wait too long). The room I was given was ridiculous - huge stains on carpet - looked like the room was flooded at one time and eventually dried out - little refrigerator smelled like someone puked in it - I refused to stay in that room, and was reluctantly put in one a little better.

I stayed here for business for one night. I called ahead to tell them I would be checking in late, but when I arrived I stood at the desk for 10 minutes, yelled hello, and even called the front desk before anyone showed up to check me into my room. When I got into my room, it smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The bathroom was very small and there was still trash in the trash can from the prior guest. The AC blew directly up into the blinds once they were shut, so there was minimal airflow into the actual room. Will not stay here again. ...

Not a fancy place, but fine for the price and area. At first I could only get a smoking room, but when a nonsmoker opened up they automatically moved me, which I appreciated.

Hotel was outdated and gloomy. Felt like a scary movie waiting to happen.

The location is the best thing about the hotel and the second best thing is the staff. They were awesome. I had an early flight in so I called them at 7:00 am and asked if I could check in early. They asked me to come right away and I was at the hotel at 10:00 am checked in. That was simply incredible about this hotel, I have not had this kind of wonderful customer service anywhere else and
I travel a lot. That being said, the room was just okay. The decor is dated and the walls are paper thin. I had not slept the night before because I was traveling and
I was looking forward to relaxing in the room. Unfortunately, my neighbors were loud and I could hear everything they were talking about, also the renovation in a nearby room didn't help either. But, the staff was great again, they gave me a new room at the end of the hall and stopped the renovation. So, overall I liked staying here and would recommend it to others. ...
